This OnTrac Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) covers how Lasership, Inc. dba OnTrac Final Mile together with its subsidiary company OnTrac Logistics Inc. (together “OnTrac”) treats Personal Information that we collect and receive via this website as well as portals and applications accessed through or associated with this website, or other associated links maintained by OnTrac (collectively, “Website”). OnTrac’s Website may include links to third party websites, plug-ins and applications. OnTrac is not responsible for and this Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Information practices of any third-party websites and/or online services or the practices of other third party. To learn about the Personal Information practices of third parties, please visit their respective privacy notices.
We may update this Policy from time to time which will be effective upon posting on our Website. If we make material changes to this Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notice to the primary email address specified in your OnTrac account. We encourage you to review this Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your Personal Information.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
“Personal Information” is identifiable information about an individual including (but not limited to) name, address, email address, phone number, and/or payment information and information related to your past use of OnTrac’s services.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
We may obtain your Personal Information in connection with various activities such as: (i) your use of our Website; (ii) your use of OnTrac’s services to conduct shipping activities, including the delivery or pickup of shipments; and/or (iii) requests to track shipments or answer related questions. Please also see Information Collection below. This Policy only relates and applies to Personal Information contained within OnTrac’s systems and does not apply to Personal Information that is, or becomes, publicly available, e.g. listed in online directories, or regarding actions of individuals that OnTrac does not employ or manage.
The Personal Information OnTrac collects or receives includes:
- Identifiers such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers
- Device information including internet and electronic network activity such as browsing and search history
- Geolocation data
- A consumer’s precise geolocation
OnTrac collects Personal Information when: (1) you use our Website; (2) you use OnTrac’s services to conduct shipping activities, including the delivery or pickup of shipments; and/or (3) you request OnTrac to track shipments or answer related questions. Personal Information is also collected when: (4) an OnTrac account is set up and/or you register as a user of OnTrac’s services; (5) you register to receive job information on OnTrac’s Careers page or by using other links maintained by OnTrac; (6) you provide information to inquire about driving for OnTrac on our Drivers page or using other links maintained by OnTrac; (7) you access an OnTrac portal; (8) when you enter orders; and (9) when you enter OnTrac promotions or respond to surveys.
When we pick up or deliver a shipment, we may also obtain location data about you and your computer, phone, tablet or other devices when you access our website or use our services, including connection type, operating system, browser type, IP address, device identifiers. You can disable the collection of much of this information through the settings of your device or through your operating system. If you visit our Website using a mobile device, we may also collect the geographic location of your mobile device if you use certain features of our apps.
OnTrac may set and access cookies on your computer. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer (or other internet-connected device) to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser, or to store information or settings in the browser.
OnTrac may link certain data elements we have collected through cookies, such as your browser information, with other information we have obtained about you. OnTrac also may use third-party analytics tools that collect information about visitor traffic on our websites or apps.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Because protecting the privacy of young children is especially important, we do not knowingly collect or maintain information from or about persons under 13 years of age. No part of our Website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or access the Website at any time or in any manner. USE OF INFORMATION
OnTrac uses your Personal Information for the following general purposes: (i) pick up, delivery, and/or tracking of shipments; (ii) processing and collection of payments; (iii) providing consumer support and communicate with you about your requests, inquiries, questions, and comments, (iv) establishing and managing your account; (v) reviewing job and engagement inquiries; (vii) for users with portal access, interacting with you in a capacity as dictated by your user status, and (viii) communicating about, and administering your participation in, special events, programs, surveys, contests, sweepstakes, and other offers or promotions, including sending you our newsletter.
In addition, we may also use your Personal Information to:
- Process claims we receive in connection with our services;
- Operate, evaluate, and improve our business; and
- Perform data analyses
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We limit access to your Personal Information to only the employees, contractors, and other authorized service providers who need the information to provide our services to you. HOW WE STORE AND SECURE YOUR INFORMATION
Consistent with applicable law, OnTrac maintains physical, administrative, operational, and technological controls to protect the integrity and security of your Personal Information from unauthorized disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss. In certain areas OnTrac also uses SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
OnTrac does not sell or share your Personal Information with non-affiliated companies or third parties except when we have your permission. However, we share your Personal Information:
- With authorized independent contractors and vendors providing support to OnTrac in the provision of services to you;
- In response to requests from a governmental agency, subpoenas, court orders, legal process, and/or to establish or exercise OnTrac’s legal rights (or defend against legal claims) impacting OnTrac;
- When OnTrac believes it is necessary to share such Personal Information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of OnTrac’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by applicable law;
- To professional advisors and auditors; and
- With route optimization partners and other data aggregators.
RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may retain your questions and feedback to improve our services. Please do not send us any information, ideas, suggestions, proposals or comments that you consider confidential or that you wish to be treated as confidential.
Your Personal Information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for which it was collected or as required under applicable retention policies or practices, or as otherwise may be permitted or required in accordance with applicable law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

ABOUT ONTRAC PHOTO ON DELIVERY
Delivery vendors under contract with OnTrac may take a photo of a package during the delivery process. The photo will focus on the placement of the package and is not stored on the vendor’s device. Capturing delivery photos is intended to help consumers see that their package was safely delivered. We may use delivery photos to verify delivery location, audit for quality purposes, or to assist in the tracking and/or location of missing packages.
If a photo on delivery is captured and passes quality standards, it will be visible when a shipper or consumer tracks a package from OnTrac.com.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you register as a user of an OnTrac web account, you may receive account-related or service-related messages which may include promotional content or offerings. You can choose to opt-out from receiving these communications by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by sending us an email with your request including your account number, name, address, and email address to Privacy@ontrac.com.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Website is hosted, and the services are performed in the U.S. and are intended for U.S. customers and consumers. If you are physically located in one of the 28 European Union Countries, please do not submit any Personal Information to us. If you believe you may have disclosed Personal Information to us, please contact us at (see the How to Contact Us link below) and we will remove it. If you are a consumer accessing the Website from Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use and disclosure that differ from U.S. laws, your continued use of our Website or services, which are governed by U.S. law and these terms, indicates your consent to transfer of your information to the U.S.

As a California resident, you have the right to request:

Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code requires select businesses to disclose, upon the request of a California resident, what Personal Information about that person the business has shared with third parties, and which third parties received the Personal Information. These businesses are required to accept requests for disclosures from consumers but are only required to honor one request per calendar year. Businesses have thirty (30) days to respond to each inquiry to the designated address. In limited circumstances, a consumer’s failure to submit requests in the manner specified will not require a response from the business.
